Bio:

DENNIS L. SCHRADER received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from West Virginia University. Mr. Schrader is a past President of the Delaware State and Sussex County Bar Associations and has held a number of other offices in those associations. Mr. Schrader has also served in the American Bar Association House of Delegates and as a member of the Delaware Judicial
Nominating Commission, the Board on Professional
Responsibility, the Delaware State Public Integrity
Commission, and the Delaware Courts Planning
Committee; has been a member of the boards of the
Delaware Bar Foundation and Community Legal Aid
Society, Inc. and served as a Trustee of the Lawyers
Fund for Client Protection. Mr. Schrader served as
the Chairman of the Supreme Court’s Permanent
Advisory Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct. He is currently a member of the Board of Bar Examiners.

Achievements & Memberships:

In 2001, Mr. Schrader was awarded the Andrew D. Christie Award by the Delaware Supreme Court for outstanding pro bono publico service and in 2009 he was recipient of the Terry – Carey Inns of Court award for professionalism. He has been recognized by Delaware Today magazine as one of Delaware’s ‘Top Lawyers’.

A former Sussex County Attorney, Mr. Schrader represents several towns and has served as a faculty member in seminars relating to land use and other municipal legal issues.

Robert G. Gibbs (“Rob”) began practicing law with Wilson, Halbrook & Bayard, P.A. in October, 1985 and has practiced with the firm as a Director since January, 1988. Rob is a graduate of Drew University (B.A., 1974) and the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D., 1984). He is admitted to practice in Delaware, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
